3 Month Herbal Consultation

Service Description

The 3 Month Herbal Consult will consist of three meetings. The first meeting will take through Zoom. We will discuss lifestyle, health history, and the reason for the consult. A short term rigorous herbal plan will be suggested. It will also include a 3 part herbal package which could be any combination of capsules, teas, extracts, tinctures or salves. You will have support through text or email should you have any questions or concerns. After 30 days the second meeting will take place. We will create a longer term herbal plan which include toning, nourishing, and revitalizing herbs to balance the body, enhance your energy, cleanse the blood. You will continue to have access to text or email support. The third meeting will be for updates, adjustments, herbal education on additional useful herbs and foods. Consults usually last between 45 minutes and 1 hour.
